Most of the time I am not home, as I frequently work at visit friends - but will not be inviting people to come to wherever I live, as I respect the space of other individuals living with me. Due to my job, I sometimes leave the house very early in the morning (anywhere from 5am-8am), and sometimes do not come home until midnight, so I would prefer access to a key to where I can enter and leave the home/apartment without issue. I am simply trying to find a room to rent until my fiance gets thru with his government training, and then we can find a place of our own - but I need residence at least +6 months.
