I am currently renting a 1 bedroom apartment at West Mall Place in Everett. I have had no issues and really like the area I'm at. It is in within walking distance to the mall, Trader Joes, and other grocery stores, Petco/Petsmart. The rent would be a rough estimate of 590 a person + utilities and electric. For more info I'm including there , Looking primarily for a female, and you have to be ok with dogs as I have a small bichon/shih zu (Izzy).
